Employee Relation -
1) Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance etc.
2) They are also expected to explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees.
3) They are expected to stop all type of rumors and misleading communications.
4) They should motivate the employees on day-to-day basis.

3. Skills: Good communication skill in English
4.Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant field.
5. Age:18 - 40 years
6. Candidate has to be flexible with rotational shift.
